Volodymyr Mylko

Ph.D. in History, Senior Research Fellow at the Institute of the History of Ukraine at the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, Editor of the institutional website and member of the Presidium of the National Union of the Local History of Ukraine. He is also author of the monograph “Ukrainian Representation in the State Duma of the Russian Empire (1906-1917)” (Kyiv, 2016), and a chapter in the collected volume “The Great War of 1914-1918 and Ukraine” (Kyiv, 2013-2014). His research interests also include the history of education in the nineteenth and early twentieth centuries: the functioning of educational districts in Ukraine, the system of management of educational institutions, administrative and inspectors’ control over students and teachers
